Duties performed by the roadside engineering bureaus:

 

 - Supervisor duties

 - Road and bridge operating duties: Cleaning up areas supervised by the engineering bureaus, operating restrooms, cleaning of road surfaces, maintenance of roadside plants, cleaning motorway objects, maintenance of road and bridge lighting, repair of road and bridge rails, repair of traffic and navigation signs.

- Winter operation: Winter standby, preparation for winter operation, prevention of slippery road surfaces, snow clearing, installation and collection of snow protection objects.

 

 - Surface maintenance: Repairing potholes and cracks, removing troughs, widening the road surface.

 

 - Maintenance of bridges and other objects

 - Maintenance of road accessories

 - Redirecting traffic
