TOLL ON THE M6 MOTORWAY
The section of the M6 motorway until Dunaújváros was opened to traffic on 11 June 2006. Road-use authorisations are controlled by the State Motorway Management Company (SMMC). We would like to remind all drivers that the M6 motorway can be used only if the toll has been paid. The road-use authorisations are controlled by SMMC using the usual means, such as mobile control teams and cars equipped with cameras. It must be noted that according to the applicable laws, the toll sections of motorways may only be used with a valid vignette, which must be purchased prior to entering the motorway.
